turn down !refuse! decline!

People of Khorixas is sometimes really rude.

today’s case, one gI y came to my office,and asked me to design new building.

It was not my work.therefore I decided his request.

In order to I can do only  the official work.

but he didn’t gave up.

And he said that it is no problem.

I don’t understand its meaning.

Of course there is no problem for him.

However there is problems for me.

 I won’t undertake his request.
